Main performance characteristics:

TH500 horizontal machining center can be used for precision machining of aerospace, automobiles, internal combustion engines, home appliances, and general machinery. It is suitable for multi-process machining such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surfaces of parts. It has the good performance of completing the box hole system and plane processing in one clamping, and it is also particularly suitable for the turning boring of the box hole. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, a cooling system, and a fully enclosed vertical protective cover.

The base parts of the machine tool base, column, spindle box, workbench and other basic parts all adopt high-strength lost foam casting technology, and the internal metallographic structure is stable to ensure the high stability of the basic parts. The casting structure has undergone machine tool dynamics analysis and finite element analysis to make its geometric structure more reasonable. The proper matching of the reinforcing ribs ensures the high rigidity of the foundation. The wide and solid base of the machine tool, the widened and lengthened saddle, and the design of full load support, the structure conforms to the advanced design concept of material mechanics, which can ensure the heavy load capacity during processing.

One is the column movement, the worktable is fixed, and it is composed of a bed, a column, a worktable, a base, a machine head, a main shaft, a screw rod, a lubrication system, a cooling system, a numerical control operation panel, and an electronic control system.
